When you have have finished filling in the fields you so choose, please either save it to your computer and then send it to secretary@neaa.net .....Or alternatively, while viewing the form, still within your reader, at the top, click "FILE" and then click "Attach to Email..." this will open your email software and place a copy of the filled in form within a new outgoing email... Please put secretary@neaa.net in the "To:" field and hit send.
