Norwegian Elkhound Association of Southern California welcomes all friendly Elkhounds to be featured at the 2019 Scandinavian Festival in Thousand Oaks.

An annual event of food, games, dancing and all things Scandinavian, Norwegian Elkhounds are the featured “Dog of the Vikings”.
